USE

The collected data is utilized for admission processing and documentation purposes within Saint Pedro Poveda College (POVEDA).

The data may be shared with the Department of Education and other government regulatory agencies when necessary, in accordance with the orders and memoranda of the regulatory government agencies.

PROTECTION MEASURES

Only authorized POVEDA personnel have access to your given data. The data collected will be securely processed and stored by POVEDA.

Storage

• For accepted applicants and would push through with the enrollment:
• The encoded data from the Applicants Access Module will be transferred to the Students Access Module. If there are any changes, you can update the profile on the Students Access Module.
• The documents submitted will become part of the student file and will be retained by the Registrar’s Office for a period of 10 years following the students’ separation from POVEDA.
• For those who would not be accepted or would not push through with the enrollment:
• The encoded data will be deleted on the Applicants Access Module once the Admissions for the next school year start.
• If you submitted hard copies of the required documents, you may get them from the Registrar’s Office within 30 days from the date of release of admissions results. Unclaimed documents at the start of the school year being applied shall be disposed through shredding.
